Has Feeling Good become a Fantasy? 😭

What if you could feed your soul's desires and body hungers in a way that felt nourishing, authentic and fulfilling? What if you felt Well-Fed?

It’s not a fantasy…you can feel extraordinary! Feeling Well-Fed goes beyond what you eat, it also has a lot to do with how you eat. Remember, how you eat is how you do everything in life.

It’s time to have an honest talk about real, deep nourishment. Everyone has food cravings, however, there's a lot of self-imposed guilt and societal judgment around how much and what you eat. Cravings are normal.

How you satisfy the desire impacts greatly how you feel emotionally and physically. Becoming Well-Fed happens when you learn and understand the language of your body. Your physical and spiritual/emotional  body both need to be fed. When your physical body is hungry, it will send you signals that it needs nutrients. When you are feeling excited, sad, celebrating, stressed, lonely etc. your spiritual/emotional body will send you desires.

The magic happens when you learn how to feed the craving in a way that’s deeply nourishing vs. numbing.

Have you ever been upset and wanted…. I don’t know, let's say ice cream? Instead of unpacking how you're feeling you eat a pint of ice cream and then feel physically bad and you beat yourself up because you just ate a pint of ice cream and are still upset? I sure have. A lot!

Another honest truth is that, everyone emotionally eats. Learning your unique recipe to feeling Well-Fed, is a sophisticated skill-set that everyone can acquire, but one that takes significant work coupled with the desire to learn & change.

Unfortunately, many women (especially young girls), weren’t raised having a healthy relationship with food or body awareness. Emotional eating can be a beautiful healing experience and it can also become a way to hide and numb your feelings. The goal isn’t to stop emotional eating. The goal is to know your unique recipe and what ingredients are needed to fuel your extraordinary.

How you treat and feed your food cravings are the same as how you feed and respect your soul cravings. The transition from being an underfed woman to a Well-Fed woman can be a little messy at first.

It has absolutely nothing to do with how much you weigh or your size... being Well-Fed is about embodiment.

You're worthy of your hungers… and you deserve to be fed in a way that is truly nourishing and fulfilling! When you’re living an underfed life, you're living life from the neck up.  You're detached with how your body feels. You’ve buried the ability to listen to your body’s innate wisdom. When this happens, you can easily get all the signs and signals confused with how to nourish yourself from the inside out.

Being underfed is a cultural phenomenon. If you are an underfed woman, your soul and body is starving! It’s time for you to show up to the table and feast in a way that will FILL YOU UP with satisfaction, intrigue and desire!
